Ebike Tester

Note: This Ebike Tester unit uses a single 9V PP3 battery. Unfortunately we have had shipments returned on several occasions now when this small battery has been detected. So unless we are sending a battery shipment, we will not include this battery. Apologies for the inconvenience.

This simple battery powered device (9V PP3 battery) enables various independent tests to be made to the components that make up an ebike or any BLDC motor system. English Instructions and Labelling. A very useful device to have in your toolbox.

Enables the following tests:

• motor hall sensor test
  • motor phase test
• controller output test (limited to 60V)
• throttle test

Here is a short clip showing the light sequence when testing a motor controller, whilst using a very small throttle input. The included manual is a little misleading, the below is a normal indication, as seen with a correctly functioning controller. If you use full throttle, the lights will blink only 2 or 3 times, but with a slight throttle opening, it will continue to blink.
